2. Project-Based Services
For project-based engagements, payment milestones are established at the commencement of each project. Refunds are evaluated based on the following criteria:
- If work has not yet commenced on a paid milestone, a full refund of that milestone may be issued
- If work is partially completed, a prorated refund may be considered based on deliverables completed
- If work has been completed and delivered, no refund will be issued for that milestone
3. Retainer Services
For ongoing retainer agreements, cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a prorated basis.
4. Requesting a Refund

5. Processing Refunds

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of northmetricon, operating from Crer. Garbí 5, Cunit, Tarragona, España, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
northmetricon provides creative and strategic agency services including but not limited to brand identity development, campaign engineering, digital experience architecture, content development, market intelligence, social media management, visual documentation, and performance analytics.
3. Project Engagement
All projects commence with a formal agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Any deviations from the original scope require written approval and may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Standard terms include:
- 50% deposit upon project initiation
- 25% at midpoint delivery milestone
- 25% upon final delivery and approval
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client. northmetricon retains the right to display work in portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
northmetricon's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of España. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarragona.
